Hello legs! This class is for all levels of fitness. We use weighted bars, free weight, bands and steps to bring your muscles the best workout, all while keeping a beat. No co ordination needed.
Pound
Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body jam session inspired by the infectious, sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories while having a blast.
